Job Opportunity as a Senior Analyst at Charterhouse in the UAE

Charterhouse is offering a full-time job opportunity as a Senior Analyst to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. This role shall be heavily involved in the variety of consulting assignments across the UAE, KSA, and geographies in the region.
2. As part of this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing data, performing market assessments, providing development reconditions, and achieving financial analyses.
3. You will be working in a multinational and multidisciplinary project team and provide high-quality services to their clients on projects.
4. The analyst must analyse economic drivers of commercial property performance, including forecasting and trend analyses, be it related to a current or potential property investment.
5. You will continuously analyse the market and identify opportunities to increase leasing performance.
6. Identify ways to streamline property management performance and best practices.
7. As part of the role, you will be required to liaise and work closely with the senior analyst to deliver up-to-date market assessments.

1. A master’s degree or an MBA (master of business administration) with a track record within the commercial real estate division.
2. The successful candidate shall also be able to deliver excel-based solid reporting capabilities while also having an ability to communicate and provide within a robust commercial context.
3. The selected candidate must have excellent written and strong communication skills, which are essential to ensure strong client traction and information flow across product specifics and advisory.
