Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Academy in achieving business objectives in Qatar and the region.
- Implementing activities that help grow revenue streams from priority customers and other targeted customer accounts by leveraging the internal team from the LoS team, customers and markets.
- Working with the Solution Design team to respond to RFQs/RFPs in a timely manner.
- Preparing engagement letters and agreements with customers.
- Conducting the entire business development process from sourcing and negotiating with potential customers through to closing the deal and conducting post-sales follow-up.
- Sourcing and meeting customers by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
- Conducting market research and relevant industry events including advertising and tracking competitor activities to develop unique selling points.
- Researching and understanding the capabilities of the company and individuals.
- Communicating with the Business Development Manager to plan, organize and execute annual budgets.
- Analyzing market trends and looking for ways to launch new products.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Experience in customer management and business development in a vocational training institute.
- Experience in Qatar market and public sector.
- High level of technical proficiency and strong computer knowledge especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible working hours (evenings and weekends).
- You must be a pleasant, dynamic and proactive person, with the ability to take responsibility.
- Ability to develop and manage good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Preferably fluent in Arabic and English.
