The PWC Foundation is offering a job opportunity as a Sustainability Associate in Canada. In practices related to sustainability and climate change, the Foundation works with some of the world's largest and most complex companies to understand the diverse issues and unique business opportunities in an ever-changing environment. Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • You will work as part of a problem-solving team to help solve complex business issues from the development of solution strategy to implementation.
  • Apply your analytical skills and knowledge in supporting the organization's diverse, world-class client base on matters relating to environmental, social, and corporate governance and sustainability.
  • Contribute effectively to complex multidisciplinary projects.
  • Helping clients improve the way they work, reduce their costs, and manage their sustainability risks and opportunities.
  • Support customer deliverables in a timely manner.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Professional experience in any relevant sector including consulting, business, energy, government, not-for-profit, utilities, or mining.
  • Basic knowledge of sustainability and implementation of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), SASB, TCFD, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 26000.
  • Basic knowledge of GHG estimation and/or familiarity with GHG protocol.
  • Critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong research, analysis and report writing skills.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service, through establishing and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Personal initiative, agility, and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and points of view.
