Opportunity description

ITP Media Group is offering a job opportunity as a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Manager in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best talent by creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand the Group's recruitment needs and identifying suitable candidates.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Design and implement the group's competency acquisition strategy.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and hiring best practices.
  • Build and collect metrics that can provide compelling recruiting insights/analysis to the business.
  • Forecasting staffing needs for different divisions and departments.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels (social media, online recruitment portals, and various other sources) to conducting interviews and assessments, negotiating job offers and closing vacancies within specific timelines.
  • Design, plan and implement the recruitment process.
  • Advising on the budget required for recruitment in line with market salaries.
  • Partner with universities and/or other educational institutions to position ITP as a leading employer of choice for highly capable young people.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • Experience leading a group of individuals working in multiple markets.
  • Experience working with technology service providers (ATS providers, various social media platforms and other digital sources).
  • Previous experience in media recruitment, preferably in a recruitment agency.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Technical competencies required for the job:

  • Skills in working on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on talent acquisition tools.

Behavioral competencies required for the job:

  • Strategic mindset.
  • Driving skills.
  • Proactive approach to work.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications required for work:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or any related field.
  • More than 4 years of experience in the same or similar position.
