Charterhouse is offering a job opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role requires someone with exceptional experience already working within this field, strong leadership skills and is passionate about assisting in the development of the business. Duties & responsibilities

  1. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the Hiring Managers, developing strong relationships and ensuring that you identify the best candidates to meet their needs.
  2. It will be your responsibility to manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing applicants, screening, taking part in the interview process and providing feedback whilst keeping engaged with the applicant throughout.
  3. Working alongside the Talent Acquisition Team Leader you will play a key role in managing a small Team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and assist with the development of the hiring strategies to improve the entire recruitment process.
  4. Being part of a market-leading organisation with high recruitment volumes, this role will see you manging multiple vacancies at one time across a number of departments.

Eligibility criteria

  1. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent recruitment process experience, proving you are able source appropriate candidates to meet the business requirements and ensuring you keep engaged with the applicants through-out their pre-joining process.
  2. To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition either in-house or agency proving you are able to work within a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
  3. It is essential that are experienced with an enterprise Application Tracking System (ATS) such as Oracle Taleo, SAP or Microsoft.
  4. You will have excellent organisation skills, being able to multi-task whilst achieving deadlines within a timely manner.
  5. Due to the nature of the role, you should have excellent English written and verbal language skills and have experience working in a complex role with a broad base of cultures.
