Job Opportunity as a Technician for Maintenance in Jordan at Hikma

You will be responsible for:

• Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is performed in a consistent and controlled manner.
• Follow up on daily job-related operations to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure equipment issues are resolved on time and with minimal downtime.
• Maintaining the tools used in maintenance operations to ensure readiness for any maintenance operations without any loss of time due to lost or broken tools.
• Troubleshooting to ensure reliable equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure accurate equipment history log and quality documentation, track all parts and address issues.
• Perform simple preventive maintenance to avoid any problems that may disrupt the operation.
• Use simple mechanical skills to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems and repair production/packaging machinery.
• Identify and implement new ideas that will improve the efficiency of systems and/or processes.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account “international best practices”, improving business processes, reducing costs and improving productivity.
• Assist in preparing accurate and timely engineering reports to meet various company and department requirements, policies and standards.
• Perform any other related duties or tasks when needed.
