Aramex is offering a job opportunity as a Training Executive to join the team in El Giza, Egypt.
Duties & responsibilities
- Serve as SME for Onboarding, Coordinate all training needs & audit training.
- Facilitate Certified Job & Compliance training.
- Verify & complete data entry, manage violations reports & communicate expiring permissions to managers.
- Train, Coach and Audit Members.
- Monitor Daily Learning curve.
- Execute & enforce Operations Learning network Standards.
- Escalate any barriers to Learning Manager.
- Perform TWI Audits.
- Resolve learning related tickets within established SLA.
Eligibility criteria
- Training experience 2/3 Years.
- Bachelor degree holder.
- TOT Certified.
- English Fluency.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Flexible with shift rotation.
- October city resident.
