Aramex is offering a job opportunity as a Training Executive to join the team in El Giza, Egypt. 

1. Serve as SME for Onboarding, Coordinate all training needs & audit training.
2. Facilitate Certified Job & Compliance training.
3. Verify & complete data entry, manage violations reports & communicate expiring permissions to managers.
4. Train, Coach and Audit Members.
5. Monitor Daily Learning curve.
6. Execute & enforce Operations Learning network Standards.
7. Escalate any barriers to Learning Manager.
8. Perform TWI Audits.
9. Resolve learning related tickets within established SLA.

1. Training experience 2/3 Years.
2. Bachelor degree holder.
3. TOT Certified.
4. English Fluency.
5. Excellent Communication skills.
6. Flexible with shift rotation.
7. October city resident.
