Job Opportunity as an Associate Market Surveillance in the UAE at Sapphire Recruitment Consultants

Sapphire Recruitment Consultants is offering a 5-month job opportunity as an Associate Market Surveillance starting in September to cover for maternity leave, as the Associate will join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for 2021. 

1. Effective management of regulatory and compliance matters in support of business objectives.
2. Ensure the AML policies and procedures are reviewed and up to date.
3. Assist in the preparation of MLRO reports as well as ad hoc reports.
4. Provide real time surveillance.
5. Prepare internal surveillance investigation reports on potential market misconduct.
6. CANDI maintain the operation of company announcements system used for regulatory disclosures.
7. Operates according to its regulatory and complication obligations including Data Protection.

1. A minimum of one years’ experience in Market Surveillance, AML & Candi within a bank or regulatory body within the UAE.
2. Experience of UAE AML rules.
3. Bachelor’s degree.
4. Compliance certifications.
5. Must currently reside in the UAE.
