Job Opportunity as an Economics and Innovation Analyst at Aramex in Jordan

Aramex is offering a job opportunity as an Economics and Innovation Analyst to join the team in Amman, Jordan. 

1. Responsible for maintaining and developing our dynamic pricing models for all crowdsourcing and variable models across the world.
2. Driving customer experience, cost, adoption and retention metrics through attractive pricing tools and models.
3. Providing reports and insights through advance analytics on all innovation team products across the ecosystem.
4. Supporting internal stakeholders in building business models for new and current products.
5. Scout and integrate products, companies and people who shall partner or incubate within Aramex RED labs which shall play a role in the transformational landscape and impact the shipment lifecycle positively.
6. Work closely with product, digital and other cross functional teams on continuously enhancing products to achieve further integration, optimization and stability.
7. Design and document optimized and customized processes for the integration, adoption and scaling of transformational products.

1. 1-4 years of experience as a pricing, data, operations or insights analyst.
2. SQL and advanced data analysis tool proficiency.
3. Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or Computer science.
4. Demonstrated analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills through previous roles or projects.
5. Excellent command in English.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Team Player.
