Job Opportunity at ABB Group in Egypt: Master schedule Planner

ABB Group is offering a full-time job opportunity as a Master schedule Planner to join the team in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. 

1. Prepare the monthly production plan according to the available capacity. Day to day follow up with production to ensure no deviation from the communicated Delivery dates.
2. Weekly Monitoring for the OTD and update customer for any deviation in delivery dates. Daily coordination with material planning and purchasing regarding material availability.
3. Lead the weekly operation meeting with the Project management team and production. Identify capacity constraints and recommend both short- and long-term solution and mitigation plan to remove bottlenecks.
4. Identify key root causes for deviation from the production plan and implement initiatives to improve plan adherence. Plan analysis report and leading the KPI to match the target.
5. Lead the S&OP to have 6-month horizon forecast. Inventory analysis, controlling and following up.
6. Work closely with other departments to improve the NWC (Net Working Capital) and follow all ABB Ethics and OHS instructions. Forming and working in synergy in teams with subordinates’ peers and Superior.

1. A Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or mechatronics Engineering.
2. CPIM certification is considered a plus.
3. 3:6 years of professional related experience. in manufacturing industry.
4. Material planning experience is a plus.
5. Good leadership capabilities with a team-oriented attitude and people management skills.
6. Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
