Job Opportunity at Aramex in Jordan: Business Analyst

Aramex is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan, as it is looking for a Business Analyst.

1. Collaborate with the business owners to identify and understand the business reporting requirements.
2. Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
3. Supporting Data Engineers on planning and developing new data models that allow user-friendly, customized reporting
4. Contribute to the integration and improvement of relevant data management systems and processes
5. Designing and implementing our BI solution (Tableau) and ensuring that all data protection requirements are met
6. Supporting various business units by giving them access to BI solutions tailored for their needs
7. Creating customized dashboards that tell compelling stories and facilitate the decision-making process.
8. Driving the right strategy to continuously increase dashboard performance
9. Automate manual reporting processes.

1. Bachelors degree in Bsc. In MIS, BIS, BIT or Engineering
2. Familiarity with SQL and databases; SQL and other relational databases
3. Ability to write proper Business Requirements
4. A proven track record of successfully implementing and administrating BI reports using PowerBI or Tableau
5. Good understanding of data structures and data management
6. Strong analytical thinking skills
7. The ability to bring new ideas in a solution-oriented way
8. Having a structured way of working to be able to multitask without losing track of several projects
9. 2-5 years professional experience in the field of Business Analysis side “Preferably in logistics or eCommerce”
