Job Opportunity at Aramex in Jordan: Contact Center Executive

Aramex is offering a job opportunity as a Contact Center Executive for a limited contract that lasts for 2 months in Amman, Jordan. 

1. Respond and follow-up customer calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Give the best customer centric experience to the customer.
3. Provide personalized indirect customer service by responding to the needs of the each customer
4. Log shipment collection requests.
5. Track customers’ shipments in order to answer customer’s inquiries for updates on products as Express, Domestic, Shop & Ship and personalized.
6. Handle and resolve customers’ complaints and root certain issues and inquiries which are not under the contact center scope of responsibility to the concerned departments/CMTs.
7. Provides products and service information to customers as needed.
8. Answer customers’ general inquiries.

1. Good communication skills.
2. Excellent command of English.
3. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Team spirit.
