Job Opportunity at Aramex in the UAE: Senior Operations Executive

Aramex is offering a job opportunity as a Senior Operations Executive to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. Execute import and export shipment end to end.
2. Ability to handle both LCL and FCL shipments and hazardous.
3. Arranging for DO and B/L collection.
4. Handle multiple shipments end to end at the same time.
5. Well-motivated and capable to handle freight forwarding operations independently without supervision.
6. Timely and accurate scheduling of hazardous and non-hazardous bookings.
7. Arranging Customs clearance and documentation.
8. Submit shipping instructions.
9. Monitor suppliers’ invoices and performance.
10. Complete job costing and billing.
11. Follow company SOPs and achieve KPIs.
12. Follow the end to end shipment cycle and support in maintaining business.
13. Update shipment status.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field.
2. 3-4 years of relevant working experience in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
3. Experience in operations and broad knowledge of regulations.
4. Excellent MS office skills: Word, Excel and Power Point.
5. Good commands in professional emails writing.
6. Well organized, able to handle stress, with experience in costing and operations. 
7. Knowledge of local and international requirements and regulations.
8. Ability to handle multiple shipments at the same time.
9. IMDG experience and Cargo Wise are plus.
