• Develop and produce artwork and advertising, which reflect the identity of Binance globally; across different products and local markets
• Collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
• Lead functional design conversations to advocate for the importance of creative quality and consistency
• Proactively identify emerging design trends
• Contribute to robust internal creative conversations
• Thinking of Brand-led campaigns

• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in established advertising or branding agencies
• An incredible portfolio
• A clear communicator
• Ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly
• Ability to single handedly execute creative work, independently and remotely
• Extensive technical knowledge of branding systems is a plus
• Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must, knowledge of Figma is a plus
• Familiarity with UI/UX work and component development is a plus
• Fluency in English required, professional proficiency in Arabic is a plus
