Job Opportunity at Binance: Compliance Oversight & Monitoring Officer in Spain

Binance is offering a job opportunity as a Compliance Oversight & Monitoring Officer in Spain, Madrid / Full-time Onsite or Remote.

1. Ensure the adequacy, adherence to the day-to-day business controls to meet obligations, including regulatory, AML, reporting, compliance risk, conduct risk, and our policy. 
2. Oversight of the outsourced functions to global team (KYC/KYB/TM) 
3. Drafting of reports and logging incidents of policy and regulatory breaches 
4. Assist in internal, external, regulatory and AML audits
5. Testing 
6. Track, assess and report on the status of remedial action identified within reports until resolved/concluded
7. Manage the local compliance framework and ensure governance across all related business units
8. Act as Deputy to the MLRO when required  
9. Solid line into the local Co/MLRO
10. Become a member of the Compliance Technical Unit

1. Experience in banking, financial services, fintech or tech
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Compliance functions and AML (audit or internal controls)
3. Experience working with Compliance and AML on continuous process improvements
4. Great interpersonal and communication skills
5. Public, crypto native and/or Big 4 companies experience would be an asset
6. Experience working in payment services or market platform is nice to have
7. Native Spanish is a must as well as advanced english
