Job Opportunity at CFI Financial Group: Relationship Officer in Jordan

CFI Financial Group is offering a job opportunity in Jordan – Amman as a Relationship Officer’s main role is to help prospective clients with their inquiries and increase the number of new live trading accounts. A large part of the sales activities takes place over the telephone.

1. Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers, and partners.
2. Review company practices ensuring clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
3. Identify potential opportunities and follow up.
4. Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services, and special offers.
5. Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
7. Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.

Education and Experience:

• University degree in Finance\Marketing\Administration or related
• 0-2 years of experience

Technical Requirements:

• Excellent English news writing skills (reporting and editing)
• Languages: Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
