For9a.com is offering Job Opportunity as a career guidance consultant. As a Career Guidance consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our mentors make informed decisions about their career paths. Your responsibilities will include conducting individual consultation sessions, providing personalized guidance based on the interests, skills and ambitions of the Mentors.
Duties & responsibilities
- Conducting individual consultation sessions to evaluate the career goals and interests of the mentors.
- Implementation and interpretation of job evaluation tests to help mentors identify their strengths and talents.
- Provide personal guidance and recommend appropriate career paths and education programmes.
- Participate in job-related workshops and events.
- Stay informed of the latest industry trends and job market dynamics to provide relevant and accurate information to mentors.
- Maintaining confidentiality in conducting counseling sessions.
Eligibility criteria
- Proven experience as a career consultant or similar position.
- Excellent social skills with the ability to communicate with clients from different backgrounds.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Stay informed of a variety of job assessment tools and guidance techniques.
- Knowledge of available educational and training opportunities.
- Kindness, patience and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
