Orange is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan as a Senior Customer Management Analyst.
Duties & responsibilities
Job requirements:
- IT (Computer Science, Computer Information System) or Software Engineering.
- minimum 2 to 4 Years’ experience in: Oracle, PL/SQL programming, Project Management, Business Analysis’s
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering with minimum 3 years
- Strong technical and analytical background in Telecommunication related to service implementation on Billing, Mediation, CRM , Loyality Management ,Payment Channels
- Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Tools & Utilities, and UNIX / Linux, J2EE, JAVA, C, ASP.net, SQL server, WEB Development
- experience in ecommerce mobile apps development for iOS and Android..
- Experience project management methodologies
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Certificates in IT related fields are preferable.
