Al Futtaim is offering a full-time job opportunity as a Customer Relations Executive to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Duties & responsibilities
- Prepare contracts agreement, annexure etc., and update necessary information on the contracts and return customer copies on time.
- Processing the order on time and providing timely updates to the customer.
- Follow up with the concerned department to ensure timely client updates & vehicle delivery.
- Follow up with the concerned department to ensure Loaner vehicle is delivered and all system and administration tasks related to it are performed like opening agreements, closing agreements, keeping a record of all transactions.
- Manage lease contract expires, extensions, contract variations.
- Maintain an up to date database of all customers with relevant and key contacts.
- Handle day to day queries of the Customer & ensure customer’s queries are handled on time.
- Direct customer queries to the relevant department - service, invoicing, pricing, short term rental requirements, registration renewal.
- Prepare various fleet related reports for the customers.
- Quotations - Making quotes for existing customers.
- Analysing customer feedback to identify root causes, taking action to improve short and long-term customer satisfaction.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience in customer service
- Must possess professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with customers (internal and external). Must also possess excellent customer service skills.
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in customer service related job in the service industry.
- Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
- Excellent teamwork, team building skills and cross function relationship management.
- Advanced empathy and active listening skills.
- Ability to enhance customer relationships to build mutually rewarding partnerships.
- Planning, organizing and ability to balance multiple demands.
- Team player with evidence of building cross business support.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentational.
- Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative to achieve results.
