Unifonic is offering a job opportunity as a Director of Product Marketing to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Duties & responsibilities
- Build, lead and coach a team of product marketers driving towards the north star of product & solutions revenue.
- Define, manage, and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives including audience definition, product positioning, comms architecture, and launch strategy.
- Partner closely with our Sales and Product teams to understand our buyer needs and the broader competitive landscape.
- Lead the sales enablement efforts - training, content, tools to support related to products & solutions as part of the GTM.
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of go-to-market plans working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing (Demand Generation and Brand & Content).
- Ensure alignment on product positioning and comms architecture across all channels including Marketing, Sales, and Product.
- Manage our pricing strategy and prices for our solutions & products.
- Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy focusing investments on the most impactful outcomes and specific KPIs.
- Help improve the impact of the Product Marketing function.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 10+ years managing end-to-end product marketing at a B2B tech company.
- Experience leveraging a portfolio of products and position, price, and take to market.
- Ability to develop and implement processes to scale product marketing to succeed in a rapidly growing marketing org.
- Customer-focused expert who understands how to drive actionable insights from buyers.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics, KPIs, ability to pivot when the data tells you.
- Results-driven, with a passion for using data to build marketing campaigns that solve business problems, advance our brand narrative, and resonate with our member base.
- Out-of-the-box thinker ready to get creative and take risks building a consumer brand from ground level.
- Highly effective communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
