Zain Jordan is seeking a fresh graduate to join its Technology & Digital Innovation Division under the Zain Youth Program for a one-year internship as a CRM System Analyst & Developer Intern. The selected candidate will assist in analyzing business and sales needs, developing CRM solutions, and supporting system integration and performance improvements.

• Develop and integrate business support and customer care applications (e.g., CRM, UNICAM, CMS)

• Maintain and troubleshoot relational database systems (RDBMS)

• Integrate the CRM with internal/external systems (e.g., billing, provisioning, ERP, APIs, e-Shop, RPA, etc.)

• Provide technical support by writing queries and developing APIs as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

• Strong analytical and coordination skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
