Job Opportunity for Residents in Jordan at FORSA: Courses Sourcing Officer

FORSA is offering a unique job opportunity for residents of Jordan in the field of Research and Resourcing for paid online courses.

1. Research the web to find online courses that can be added to the website.
2. Conduct web searches to find trainers and teachers interested in filming and producing courses to be posted on the website.
3. Create a database with names and information about potential teachers who will be contacted in order to film or add their courses to the website.
4. Communicate with experts, teachers or trainers and negotiate with them to add or produce their courses on the website.
5. Review and audit the courses sent by potential trainers and ensure that they agree with the terms and standards of the courses on FORSA’s website.
6. Follow up with trainers or teachers to sign contracts and send them before starting the process of publishing or producing courses.
7. Communicate with trainers and teachers after publishing their courses, and send regular reports on the performance of their courses and the value of the profits achieved.
8. Work with the content, creative content and marketing team to ensure the quality of the various courses in terms of content and production, as well as ensuring that they receive the marketing agreed upon in the contract with the trainers.
9. Create and update the database of courses, current trainers, and work with the rest of the team to develop strategies and plans for better performance and greater sales. 
10. Learn about the product process of the courses that will be filmed at FORSA, including:

• Coordination and scheduling of courses.
• Follow up on the shooting and production process.
• Follow up on the video editing process with the creative content production team.
• Uploading the courses and publishing them on the website after completing the production process.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a ‘very good’ average as a minimum.
2. 1-3 years’ work experience.
3. Advanced skills in digital marketing and with telemarketing.
4. Advanced communication skills.
5. Advanced web-search skills in both Arabic and English.
6. Advanced English writing and speaking skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure.
8. Self-reliance, and the ability to work without the need for continuous follow-up and supervision.
9. Proficiency in using the G-Suite, which includes: Google docs, sheets, slides etc.
10. Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work with multiple teams efficiently and professionally.
11. Prior knowledge of educational content creation on the internet.
12. A previous background in various online course platforms is preferred.
13. Openness and the ability to learn.
14. Effective organization and management skills.
15. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to find creative solutions.

Note: Since no major is specified for applicants, the focus of the job application review process will be on skills, especially marketing, research and communication skills.
