Job Opportunity for Saudi Nationals: Senior Warehouse Supervisor at Aramex

Aramex is looking for a Senior Warehouse Supervisor who holds a Saudi nationality to join the team in Riyadh.

1. Develop strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of service/satisfaction.
2. Implement the map designed for each customer‘s operation to meet the customer requirements and Aramex standards.
3. Ensure meeting customers’ SLAs for all customers.
4. Analyze all customer requests impacting both cost and operational workflow.
5. Reporting any information that might impact company image and brand or functioning
6. Set KPI’s and conduct annual reviews for direct reports
7. Ensure training warehouse staff on customized logistics procedures and requirements for new customers and any change in procedure.
8. Recruit, train, develop and mentor direct reports.
9. Ensure identifying direct reports training needs and propose training needed
10. Assist and train personnel to use warehouse systems, DQMS, and the processing of work orders.
11. Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically
12. Ensures optimal warehouse performance.
13. Monitor and control the warehouse team at all levels.
14. Makes sure the warehouse performance is up to standard.
15. Ensure meeting customers’ SLAs
16. Maintain IRA (inventory record accuracy) as per standard.
17. Adhere to company HSSE, compliance, and sustainability corporate policies/processes
18. Acts on all assigned outcomes of the quality audits.
19. Adhere to all shipping and handling legislations.
20. Ensure operation is run according to the cost budgets assigned.
21. Makes sure WMS is updated on time and accurately and as per the procedures.
22. Responsible for maintaining stock accuracy and integrity levels.
23. Continuously reviews operations for opportunities for improvement and initiates needed actions.
24. Perform inventory housekeeping.
25. Monitors capacity, productivity, and performance dashboards/reports, analyses data for trends and/or spotting issues.
26. Coordinate with warehouse customer service team on clients’ orders and issues.
27. Makes sure the warehouse operations run at optimal cost.
28. Optimize the workflow process to minimize (any) extra cost.
29. Controls indirect expenses including overtime and consumables.
30. Helps the Supply Chain/logistics operations manager and team in project costing and resource planning.
31. Take all necessary measures to reduce cost without compromising quality and standards.

1. 4 year experience.
2. Degree in related filed (Supply chain, Logistics, Industrial engineering).
