ITP Media Group is offering a Job Opportunity in Dubai as an Accounting and Finance Assistant.

Duties & responsibilities
- Understand and apply basic accounting principles relating to accounts payable
- Process purchase orders
- Ensures accounts payable invoices are accurate, properly coded and authorized for payment.
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of all accounts payable databases and files, including monthly, periodic and annual reconciliation of control accounts
- Ensures accurate processing to accounts in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures with correct application of taxes.
- Liaise with other departments / Customers / Vendors
- File, organize and maintain files
Eligibility criteria
- Commerce graduate with more than 3 years of experience
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication
