Orange offers a job opportunity in Egypt as a Business Intelligence Engineer.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- All data process and procedures within the team.
- Provide technical support to ensure data integrity.
- Attend Customer Meetings, Communicate well internally and with clients.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in data analysis tools or IT related field.
- Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, data warehousing technologies, design and architecture.
- SQL and Database Performance Tuning.
- Solid background in Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, ...etc).
- Solid background in ETL tools (Talend, ...etc).
- Experience in analyzing large data sets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, Java, Or JavaScript.
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
- Experience and good practice in Agile methaodologies / SDLC.
- Good Knowledge on Scripting, command line, and operating systems administration knowledge (LINUX,Windows).
- Good Knowledge on Web service architecture (SOAP, REST).
- Fluent in verbal and written English communication skills.
- French will be a plus.
- BS in computer science or a related field.
