Job Opportunity in Egypt as a Logistics Operations Leader for E-Commerce

Aramex offers a job opportunity in Egypt as a Logistics Operations Leader (E-Commerce). You will control and monitor all warehousing activities efficiently and as per standards to meet SLAs.

You will be responsible for:

1. Develop strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of service/satisfaction.
2. Implement the map designed for each customer‘s operation to meet the customer requirements and Aramex standard.
3. Attends customer’s meeting as required.
4. Ensure meeting customer’s SLA’s for all customers.
5. Analyze all customer requests impacting both cost and operational workflow.
6. Reporting any information that might impact company image and brand or functioning.
7. Set KPI’s and conduct annual review for direct reports.
8. Ensure training warehouse staff on customized logistics procedure and requirements for new customers and any change in procedure.
9. Ensure identifying direct reports training needs and propose training needed to HR.
10. Assist and train personnel to use warehouse systems, DQMS and the processing of work orders.
11. Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
12. Plan, hire and manage part-timers and overtime.
13. Ensures optimal warehouse performance.
14. Monitor and control the warehouse team at all levels.
15. Makes sure the warehouse performance is up to standard.
16. Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies/processes.
17. Adhere to all shipping and handling legislations.
18. Ensure operation is run according to the cost budgets assigned.
19. Maintaining stock accuracy and integrity levels.
20. Continuously reviews operations for opportunities of improvement and initiates needed actions.
21. Coordinate with warehouse customer service team on clients’ orders and issues.
22. Makes sure the warehouse operations run at optimal cost.
23. Optimize the workflow process to minimize (any) extra cost.
24. Controls indirect expenses including overtime and consumables.
25. Helps the Supply Chain / logistics operations manager and team in projects costing and resource planning.
26. Take all necessary measures to reduce cost without compromising quality and standards.

You must have:

• Experience of 4 to 6 Years in warehousing & E-commerce Industry.
• Experience in leading large sized piece picking (+50 employees) team to meet a KPI.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Logistics, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering).
• Microsoft Office professional user ( Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, etc..). 
• Experience in standard concepts of a warehouse.
• Analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Coaching skills.
