Alfuttaim offers a job opportunity in Egypt as a National Marketing Manager. You will manage the implementation of the marketing plan, PR plan and CSR plan supervising all marketing activities through effective utilization of all communication platforms, with the aim of supporting and meeting company objectives relating to awareness and company image for Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to budget, featuring creative marketing concepts to support the brand, generate revenues and drive traffic.
- Oversee the implementation of the annual marketing plans, budget and campaigns.
- Align with the regional marketing team to ensure brand consistency and brand strategy.
- Ensure awareness of the brand and a wider targeted reach and align with campaigns key messages and goals.
- Develop briefs and assist in ideas creation and creative cycles (design, copywriting, etc.).
- Ensure all documentations required by Procurement, Legal, Government Relations and Finance are carried out across the team in line with policies and procedures.
- Manage research with agencies to identify customer insights, brand awareness levels and market trends.
- Monitor competitions’ marketing activities and report on any updates.
- Oversee and manage events.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- B in Com or BA or marketing related major.
Experience:
- From 4 to 6 Years as minimum.
Skills:
- The ability to work in MS Office, Production knowledge, Digital marketing knowledge, Presentation skills.
- Interpersonal & negotiation skills, Leadership skills, Creativity, Working under pressure.
