P&G is offering a job opportunity as an IT Project Manager to join the team in Cairo, Egypt. 

1. Coordinate technical changes and requirements and establish the right user experience.
2. Acquire and use your technical knowledge for the purpose of specific application delivering Operational Excellence, Stewardship & Innovation.Project Manager.
3. Communicate and cooperate with all involved parties and you are accountable for end-to-end success of the project by leading solution development, release management, and operations for IT systems to meet business and solution requirements.
4. You will apply Modern Application Development frameworks (incl. Design Thinking, Agile project management and CI/CD).Service Manager.
5. Establish service to delight users while delivering financial and operational goals.
6. Gather business requirements and lead process simplification, issue resolution, and manage changes.Business Insights Analyst / Data Scientist.
7. Investigate business problems and help answer hard questions.
8. You identify and compile data sources, use advanced analytics to provide business insights, to help the company grow and achieve its goals.
9. Technology used: Python, R, KNIME & Visualization platforms.Application Security Engineer.
10. Get a chance to work with InfoSec Team that covers number of the domains.
11. Application Security is on the key component of Cyber Defense, where you can work with different tools and processes, Enterprise Solutions that are used by InfoSec, understand terminology and/or support business and DevOps.

1. Fresh graduates with Bachelor's degree in related field such as Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Science field; Or Professionals with up to 5 years’ experience at most.
2. Exceptional Project leader with strong ability to handle dynamic scope and changes
3. Demonstrates a balance of business understanding and technical skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Exhibits a passion for IT, technology and innovation, continually takes initiative to update and improve one’s own skillsets to stay relevant as IT evolves.
6. Ability to engage with senior leaders on technology decision discussions related to business value and the end-to-end IT lifecycle.
7. Good team player and multi-functional leader

Bonus Skills/Experience:

1. PMP Certification is a plus
2. Experience in advance analytics & big data,
3. Proficient & experience to advance in programming skills : Python & SQL
4. Previous experience/understanding in data models and visualization.
5. Cloud experience.
6. Knowledge and/or experience with using or building CI/CD tools
7. Knowledge of SCRUM and DevOps methodologies
8. IT Security & Risk – In touch with modern IT security risks and principles.
