Job Opportunity in Jordan as a Trainer in the Art of Debates at the Leaders of Tomorrow Foundation

Leaders of Tomorrow Foundation, implemented by "Diwaniya", and in cooperation with the French Embassy in Jordan, is looking for an experienced trainer to prepare and deliver a specialized training course in the field of debating arts for a group of young people in Amman. Since its inception in 2012, the Diwaniyah initiative has sought to create a critical society capable of dialogue and respect for others, by establishing free spaces for debate in which all segments and backgrounds of society participate, so that political, economic, and social dialogues and discussions move from elite political salons and hotels to public places for the participation of all citizens.

• You will work for 5 to 7 working days to prepare and deliver a training course aimed at building the capacities of young people and enabling them to be successful debaters on various topics of interest to them and their communities.
• A debate will be held for the participants at the end of the course to apply the skills and experiences presented during the course.
• The training course will be held in Amman between mid-May and early June 2023.

You must have:

• Educational background in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in training and counseling.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of debate and public speaking.
• Experience in preparing and developing curricula and various educational materials.
