Aramex offers a job opportunity in Jordan as a senior operations executive for the last mile.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Driving projects with digital transformation teams, drilling through required technical details and possible system improvements.
- Constructing business intelligence dashboards and decision support tools.
- Mentoring and supporting all last-mile stakeholders with training materials and sessions.
- Understand and analyze the big picture of last-mile KPIs.
- Collaborate with operations managers, leaders, and supervisors.
- Monitor and control production distribution through Aramex couriers, outsourced and crowdsourced models.
- Ensure cost optimization by following productivity compliance and utilizing all resources on the ground.
- Monitor last-mile costs in all stations and makes sure that the company is using the most optimum model for the operations.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong in data analysis with the ability to use multi-business intelligence software.
- A hardworking, high-energy individual with a significant amount of stamina.
- Be a team player, Customer-Centric, attention to detail.
- Minimum two years of experience in Business and related fields.
- Bachelors in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, and supply chain-related Field.
