pwc offers a job opportunity in Jordan as an assistant responsible for supporting the activities of the Assurance Center of Excellence (ACE). The Assurance Center of Excellence team consists of a group of professionals who support the core quality (audit) departments and work with a wide range of clients across the region. You will carry out the audit and administrative activities assigned to you, as well as the development of various digital services.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Keen interest in services and learning the skills necessary to implement them at a high level of quality in an efficient manner.
- Collaborate with your colleagues in different countries in the region on standardized services to ensure they are conducted in accordance with the user manual.
- Work with your colleagues across all Middle East offices on client-related work and internal initiatives.
- You will be a part of the team responsible for providing quality assurance services in the Middle East.
- You will have access to the latest training and development tools and the support of the wider PwC network.

Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Diploma in secretarial, hotel management, business administration, or any related field.
- Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in the field of office management or secretarial work.
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable on a daily basis.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a fast pace and high energy that translates into high-quality outputs.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines on a daily basis while maintaining a positive attitude and exemplary customer service.
- Strong interest and passion for attention to detail in a multicultural work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Information technology skills in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
