Job Opportunity in Jordan as an HR Officer at Oxfam

Oxfam offers a job opportunity in Jordan as an HR Officer. You will provide human resources support, to enhance the organization’s performance through the people. The contract will last Until the end of November 2022, renewable upon performance and budget availability.

You must have:

• Generalist HR experience minimum of 2 years, and good knowledge of recruitment procedures. Advise and inspire confidence using professional/specialist knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Jordan Labor Law including social security and income tax.
• Confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and good interpersonal skills.
• Initiative to take responsibility and work with minimal supervision.
• Skills in computer applications (MS office/GOLD).
• Ability to work as a member of a diverse team.
• Understanding of gender, cultural sensitivity, and principles of equal opportunity.
• Strong customer orientation and focuses on customer needs and satisfaction.

It's preferred to have: 

• Overcomes challenges, despite hurdles, and resolves challenges consistent with Oxfam's values and ways of working.
• Ability to gather and analyze critical information for reporting and designing systems.
• Ability to support staff from a distance.
• Ability to use available technology appropriate to your own role.
• Previous experience in any of the refugee camps.
