Aramex is offering a Job Opportunity in Jordan: Project management specialist.
Duties & responsibilities
- Initiate, plan, and govern several projects, throughout the entire project lifecycle, using PMO tools and industry standards and methodologies
- Manage and document project framework requirements (Project charter, plan, scheduling, budgeting, etc.)
- Manage project dependencies, risks and issues.
- Track project progress and budget spending
- Track deliverables and benefit realization
- Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders
- Create working relationships with project managers
Eligibility criteria
- Holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or relevant industry.
- Proficient in documentation and content writing
- Fluent in English; spoken and Written
- 1-3 years of experience in the same field
- Organizational skills
- Task-oriented
- Analytical skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Communication skills
- Team working skills
- Ability to motivate people
- Project management certification – preferred
