Opportunity description
For9a.com is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to be part of the Consulting team. The new officer will coordinate with the counselors to provide high-quality consulting sessions for users. He will also be responsible for the effective communication with users wishing to obtain the services provided
Duties & responsibilities
- Assisting the head of the counseling department in implementing the department's goals and adhering to performance standards.
- Undergo training to understand the essence, contents, and comprehensive guides of the sessions provided by the department.
- Answering users' questions regarding the services provided and communicating effectively with them.
- Follow up on the progress of the counseling sessions provided through coordination between users and counselors.
- Coordinating the appointment schedule for the services provided on a weekly basis.
- Preparing periodic reports on the progress of work in the counseling department.
- Assist the head of the department in implementing practical and marketing plans to increase the number of advisory sessions that are held.
- Ensure the quality of counseling sessions, and work to solve any problems that the department may encounter in coordination and under the supervision of the department team leader.
- Coordinating with other departments in For9a to ensure the success of the services provided in the department in coordination and under the supervision of the counseling team leader.
- Hold periodic meetings with the team leader to ensure the development of work in a periodic and effective manner.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants for this position must :
- Be residing in Jordan. (Preferably a resident of the capital, Amman).
- Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
They also must have the following skills:
- Report writing skills in Arabic and English.
- High leadership skills and the ability to follow up and coordinate tasks among team members.
- Effective mentoring and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking, and persuasion.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with various challenges.
