Zain Group is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan, as it is looking for a UX-UI Team Leader, a motivated designer who will be responsible for transforming complex tasks into intuitive digital products for other users. Helps conceptualize and design experiences for web and mobile applications. Creates digital products through UX process also intuitive and useful UI Designs, by constantly focusing on users. Responsible for investigating and designing new product features, as well as improving existing features, within internal team and other teams.
Duties & responsibilities
Main tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Work with Product managers, Business Analysts and developers to develop intuitive and engaging experiences
- Understand end user needs and business objectives.
- Produce conceptual diagrams, cases flows, user flow, storyboards, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes for Web, iOS, Android.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to make informed decisions
- Create surveys for research and gathering feedback
- Revise, optimize and enhance design flow to ensure efficiency of the user experience.
- Develop and implement design practices to ensure a high standard of experience across multiple platforms.
Eligibility criteria
To be shortlisted for the position, you will need to comply with all of the below requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design or a related field.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience
