Job Opportunity in Kuwait as a Recruitment Coordinator at HR Department at Alshaya Group

Alshaya Group offers a job opportunity in Kuwait as a Recruitment Coordinator - HR. You will work closely with the recruitment team to carry out duties in order to support them on the operational and On-boarding side of recruitment.

You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining necessary data and documentation and updating systems regularly.
• General administrative support of the local and non-local recruitment teams.
• Communicating via emails and telephones with stakeholders.
• Producing regular and ad hoc reports as required.

You must have:

• Minimum two years of experience working within Recruitment, HR or any other business support function.
• Previous administration experience/coordinator role.
• Intermediate/advanced proficiency with computer skills MS Excel/MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks as necessary.
• Able to manage multiple tasks at any given time.
• Experience working in a very fast paced, multi-cultured environment.
• Able to comprehend Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree.
