Job Opportunity in Kuwait as an HRS Payroll Supervisor

Alshaya Group offers a job opportunity in Kuwait as an HRS Payroll Supervisor. From strategic guidance to supporting the day-to-day needs of managers and employees, the Human Resources Division drives best practice across the Alshaya business. HR is segmented across generalist and specialist functions including HR services, recruitment and talent management.

You will be responsible for:

• Prioritize workload and process information to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accurate files.
• Ensure adherence of all division/company, local and legal requirements.
• Manage a team including workload, motivation, training and appraisals.
• Process documentations in a timely manner and communicate progress to relevant parties and line manager.
• Develop efficient processes to meet company objectives.
• Develop internal and external relationships to benefit department and company.

You must have:

• Proven work experience in Payroll.
• Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• BSc in Accounting.
• Familiarity with Oracle database or ERP.
