Charterhouse offers a job opportunity in Qatar as a Restaurant Operations Manager. Charterhouse is working with an established upscale luxury fusion restaurant in Qatar who are looking to hire a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the business side of the restaurant supported by a Floor Restaurant Manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the business functions of the restaurant, supporting as needed, and oversee budgets, cost controls, all restaurant financials, inventories as well as oversee marketing and development of the restaurant through events. Overall you will make sure the restaurant performs to the highest service level and profitability.

You must have:

• Be an experienced Restaurant Manager, you must be a well-spoken, proactive leader, someone who anticipates issues before they come up, always with a smile.
• Be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and experience in all business and administrative restaurant operations.
• Experience within an internationally known upscale dining brand.
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
