Ejada is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Project Manager to plan and execute both internal and external marketing activities, with the goal of enhancing brand awareness, increasing revenues, and expanding partnerships and events across various sectors and countries.

Duties & responsibilities
First: Event Management
Prepare an annual event calendar for the technology sector within the Kingdom.
Organize partnership and local market events in coordination with internal teams.
Develop a yearly recruitment event plan for Ejada’s branches in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Jordan.
Plan and execute all events in full cooperation with internal departments.
Prepare marketing materials in collaboration with internal and external vendors.
Set event budgets and coordinate with the Marketing Projects Director for final approvals.
Follow up on purchase requests and budgets across all branches.
Coordinate with the content and design teams to create event-related materials.
Attend major events when required.
Second: Partnerships and Marketing Projects
Coordinate with the Marketing Projects Director to manage joint marketing campaigns with partners.
Submit co-marketing budget requests through partner portals.
Develop SMART marketing plans to support business units in achieving partnership KPIs.
Propose new marketing channels to improve message reach to target customers.
Organize workshops and roundtables with partners.
Support both inbound and outbound marketing efforts including advertising and content development.
Work closely with design, content, and digital marketing teams to implement campaigns.
Produce monthly and quarterly reports and support cross-functional projects across the organization.
Eligibility criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
7–8 years of experience in communications or marketing, preferably in IT firms or event management agencies.
PMO certification is preferred.
Proven experience in managing events and executing multiple marketing campaigns.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong command of design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
Ability to use project management tools like Microsoft Projects.
Experience in partnership and event management.
