Duties & responsibilities

  • The Saudi Arabia HRSS Market Leader is accountable for the delivery of the full HRSS service portfolio within their given geography. This involves working as a key strategic partner with all stakeholders to deliver operational perfection, compliance and ultimately a positive employee experience. 
  • They play a crucial role in translating local needs to help craft global strategy as well as balancing those needs with global and regional service priorities. 
  • They partner with respective HR leaders in identifying, defining and initiating strategic interventions. 
  • They work hand in hand with the Service Line and other stakeholders on delivering these solutions with perfection, in line with the requirements and specificities of the market. 
  • Scope of this role can be a specific group of sites, country or cluster of countries depending on the complexity of the market(s), number of employees and seniority of the incumbent.

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree with one of the following majors: Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant majors.
  • Saudi Nationals with fluency in English & Arabic.
  • Love solving and analyzing problems to build creative solutions.
  • Know how to set priorities and deliver what you commit to.
  • Love working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
  • Have the ability to learn on the job in a welcoming environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals.
