NEOM is seeking a professional Data Analyst to lead the design and implementation of data solutions and provide analytical insights that support project-level decision-making. The Data Analyst will work to connect data across departments, ensure data quality, and build dashboards and visualizations to improve performance and outcomes.

This role will have a direct impact on shaping the project's data architecture and requires collaboration with senior management and various teams to implement data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analysis:

• Design and implement data analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports

• Improve data accessibility and usability while ensuring data security

• Supervise data quality and adherence to compliance standards

• Develop and manage data warehouses, lakes, and BI tools

• Transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with global best practices and apply them to enhance efficiency

• Identify and solve operational challenges with practical solutions

• Contribute to transformation strategies and data value creation

Project Management:

• Prepare regular reports to senior management on data and project status

• Coordinate updates and changes based on stakeholder feedback

• Integrate BI tools into workflows and monitor their effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, IT, Statistics, etc.)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or management

• At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform products

• Strong experience in building data dashboards and visualizations

Skills:

• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage stakeholders effectively

• Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills

• Deep understanding of business intelligence and data governance concepts

• Proficiency with modern tools like Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, etc.
