Job Opportunity in Saudi as a Senior Medical Manager

Novartis offers a job opportunity in Saudi as a Senior Medical Manager. In line with overall product strategy, Sr. Medical Manager is responsible for supporting the design, implementation and execution of Medical Affairs plans for assigned Therapy Area, providing scientific information, helping design and organize clinical studies, building educational dialogue with KOLs and regulatory stakeholders. This role is dedicated for the Zolgenzma gene therapy. You must have:

• MD, PhD or PharmD, Pharmacy and experience in NS therapeutic area.
• 4+ years of experience in driving and managing the medical/ Business strategies for various brands in the pharmaceutical industry
• For Novartis internal applicants, must at least have 2 to 4 years in Medical experience as Medical advisor or MSL with proven performance track record.
• Excellent presentation and teaching skills and to represent the company in a professional manner at medical, scientific and public events.
• Ability to form relationships quickly and have demonstrable persuasive abilities.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities; ability to motivate, inspire Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong team player and know how to collaborate and engage many stakeholders across a large organization.
• Solid negotiation and decision making skills.
• Good analytical and numerical abilities.
• Innovative and pro-active.
• Strategic thinking.
• Experience in working with MS office in a Windows environment and Lotus Notes.
• Willing to travel.
