Opportunity description

Al Futtaim is offering a full-time job opportunity as an HR Analyst to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Resolve support tickets/cases raised in their assigned domain to the target SLA standards related to: o Payroll Inputs (Claims/Reimbursements, Over Time, Incentives etc.).
  2. Employee Correspondence.
  3. Org Structures and Position Management.
  4. Time Management.
  5. Adherence to Manpower Budgets.
  6. Medical Insurance.
  7. Master data preventive checks and validations: Ensure that employee master data quality & accuracy to be met at all times through ‘Right First Time’ approach, especially data changes/ updates which have direct impact on payroll. 
  8. Continuous Improvement: recommend solutions to enhance process efficiency and contribute to improvements in HR Service delivery.
  9. Working in a highly data sensitive environment, HR Analyst is responsible to Protect Data Privacy at all time and adhere to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of office security policy. 
  10. Jointly cultivate and contribute to a learning and knowledge sharing culture within the team.
  11. Support cyclical Events and Special Projects as assigned.
  12. Ensure compliance to department SOPs and organizational policies.
  13. Keeping department operating procedures for processes handled current and updated.
  14. Assist in the creation and publishing of Key department operational metrics such as SLAs, FCRs and Volumes 

Eligibility criteria

  1. Minimum educational attainment of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in HR/Business Management or Technology).
  2. 3-5 years’ work experience in a fast-paced, HR service delivery/operations environment with HR Shared Services experience in a large organization preferred. 
  3. 3-5 HR Generalist experience.
  4. Exposure to Large Scale HR ERP solutions (SAP and SuccessFactors experience preferred).
  5. Advanced user of office productivity tools & techniques (eg. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio etc.).
  6. Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing large scale/ bulk data entry demands with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment. 
  7. Understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
  8. LEAN process methodology exposure.
  9. Arabic Language (fluent in reading, writing and speaking) an asset.
  10. Sound understanding of reporting/dashboard concepts.
  11. Knowledge/awareness of HR Labor law in the GCC.
  12. Key Competencies – HR Operational Excellence, Schedule Adherence, Analytics, Innovation and Process Improvement, Customer Focus, Effective Communication, Team Work and Resilience.
