Opportunity description
Charterhouse is looking for a Project Finance Lawyer to join the team and work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Duties & responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be required to support the Infrastructure, Energy and Construction team in the UAE.
- The work will be focused on major rail-related projects, construction, energy and PPP across a variety of sectors including healthcare and real estate, acting for government entities, developers and lenders.
- This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leading law firms which is well established in the UAE market with clear long-term career developments prospects and the opportunity to play a key role in relation to high profile matters.
Eligibility criteria
- A Common Law Qualified Lawyer with 3-5 years post qualification experience.
- Have relevant experience of project finance matters in the Middle East or abroad.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
