Job Opportunity in the UAE: Senior Analytics and Insights Manager at P&G

P&G is offering a job opportunity as a Senior Analytics and Insights Manager to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. Developing a brand master plan.
2. Deriving communication insights and developing media strategy.
3. Owning an analytics exercise on retail science for a sales channel.

1. A Bachelor or Masters’ Degree.
2. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Consumer Market Knowledge.
3. Proven experience in E2E consumer research, from conducting the research to translating it into actionable insights.
4. Proven mastery of translating data into actionable insights in a commercial setting.
5. FMCG industry experience OR experience working with data agencies.
6. Ability to demonstrate, translate and communicate sophisticated algorithms into simple conclusions and business actions.
7. Good data-led story telling skillset which allows you to influence the business.
8. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams.
9. Data management and visualization skills / tools (SQL, KNIME, Spotfire, Power BI or similar).
10. Programming languages (Python, R, C+ or Java).
11. English fluency, Arabic is a plus.
