Job Opportunity in UAE as a Beverage Manager at Anantara

Anantara offers a job opportunity in UAE as a Beverage Manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Serve the needs of the business, the guests and the colleagues by administering the day-to-day operations of Beverage service areas in the hotel.
• Ensure that the beverage offerings in the outlet are exceptional, and profitable.
• Work closely with the restaurant manager to achieve departmental budget goals, accurately forecast business demands, maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards, and produce the manning schedule for the outlet.
• Additionally you will work with the training manager to identify training needs, and develop and deliver the required training for all of your team members.
• You will oversee the management of property and facilities, and conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections.

You must have:

• College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations leadership role.
• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Excellent guest service skills.
