Job Opportunity in UAE as a Catering Operations Manager

Charterhouse announces a job opportunity in UAE as a Catering Operations Manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Oversee the day-to-day catering operations across multiple locations, reporting to the Project Manager you will be the hands-on face of the business on the ground. 
• Operational delivery of non-commercial catering, ensuring the highest service level is delivered, compliances with all standard operations policies, overseeing stock rotation, and keeping wastage to a minimum. 
• Provide ongoing reports to the Project Manager in relation to budgets, inventory, and progress reports.

You must have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage and or Catering Management, with solid experience managing catering operations at a large-scale international mega event.
• Excel in customer service, a driven and flexible professional who excels in a busy environment. 
• Excellent communication skills and a positive yet persistent attitude.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Middle East experience.
