Unifonic offers a job opportunity in UAE as a Product Operations Manager. The Product team at Unifonic is seeking a customer-centric product operations manager to create and drive seamless understanding and alignment on the products and product plans across the organization and to develop a strategic positioning for the product portfolio and plans.
Duties & responsibilities
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as a commercial and communication partner for the product team.
- Implement a fully running framework for developing product use cases and use cases presentations.
- Implement a fully running framework for product knowledge transfer across the organization.
- Introduce a clear feedback gathering and data gathering framework from the wider organization to the product team.
- Partner with the sales team to execute efficient go-to-market strategies and to gather feedback for the product team.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Hands-on 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Consultant, or Product Operations Manager in a SaaS software product company or a Management Consultancy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or other-related field. Master's degree in Management is a plus.
- Strategy experience in consulting or in a technology company.
- Ability to spend substantial time interfacing with the offshore teams on daily basis.
- Proficiency in project management and tracking tools (TFS, Jira, Product management, and analytics tools).
- Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
It's nice to have:
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment in which the requirements are not always well defined and requirements priorities change frequently.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining sight of the big picture.
- Fluent in Arabic.
