Job Opportunity in UAE as a Repair Technician

Alfuttaim is looking to recruit an experienced Repair Technician for Industrial Products for FAMCO Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will assumes service responsibility for industrial products service operations. You will overhaul and trouble shoot all Ingersoll Rand brand Winch, Manriders and Hoist with sound knowledge of the component functions of the product and traveling within UAE, abroad, Onshore/Offshore oil field platforms for service activities.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting in achieving Service Labor and Total Service Revenue in the pre-set sold- hours without any Redo activities.
• Adequate knowledge of Ingersoll-Rand pneumatic Tools, Hoists & Winch. Trouble shooting of the Air Winch. Proficiency in Mechanical aspects of the product. Ready to work at end users’ sites and field work.
• Positive attitude and a key member of the teamwork. Assisting the service team. Sound & efficient in report making with good English communication skills.
• Committed to the highest level of customer care.
• Achievement of CSI objectives for service operations.

You must have:

• Minimum-Higher secondary 12th grade & completed the two years Technical training institute course through Govt recognized institute or Three years Diploma certified course in Mechanical stream.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years’ hands-on experience with reputable franchised dealer/ distributor or organization.
• Complete product knowledge with best trouble shooting skills, overhaul of the Air Winches, Manriders, and independent refurbishment.
• Good English communication skills.
• UAE driving license will be an advantage.
• Teamwork, continuous self-improvement. Self-motivated, takes individual initiative. Customer-service oriented. Good Attitude.
