Google is offering a job opportunity as a Performance Specialist to work with the team on Display and Apps in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for 2021. The MENA specialist team helps take product innovations and turns them into client solutions that enable customers to get the most out of their spend with Google. The team ensures Google has the right commercial strategy for products and bring product expertise to sales, enabling front-line sales partners to sell effectively and quickly. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how the range of product offerings can grow their business.
Duties & responsibilities
- Enable and drive the MENA LCS performance Display and Apps advertising business.
- Build competitive fact-based sales narratives for the Display and Apps solutions.
- Develop and deploy powerful performance solutions suited to the MENA market.
- Collaborate with Industry Managers, Account Managers and Industry Heads to drive performance business strategies for key MENA clients (across performance display and Apps).
- Collaborate with Industry and Agency & Partners teams to develop the performance ecosystem in the MENA region and - represent MENA in regional/global search forums and collaborate with regional/global teams on display and Apps topics.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Highly analytical and data driven with project management experience.
- Experience in driving strategies for performance focused clients (with focus on performance Display advertising).
- Experience in consultative sales and account management.
- Strong understanding of the apps ecosystem, app advertising, technicalities of app Measurement and attribution, apps competitor landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to influence clients and to build strong relationships.
